What can you say after you introduce yourself in English? Here are five common questions people might ask you.

Where are you from?
Someone can also ask “Where do you come from?” or “Whereabouts are you from?”

Is this your first time in ….?
People might also ask you “Is this the first time you’ve been to …?”

What do you think of it?
Or someone could ask you “Do you like it here?”

What brings you to …?
This question means “Why are you here?”. You could also hear “Are you here on business?”

How long are you here for?
An alternative to this question is “Are you staying here long?”
